At The Camp, we believe that the power of movement can change the habits of people. And the Covid-19 pandemic had taught us that there was a need to change these habits and people’s approach to health. When your movement guides you, you tap into your primal nature, intuition and instinct. These philosophies led our current Head Coach Neeraj Surana to approach Sandeep Bhargava, who has long been a fitness enthusiast and thus, The Camp was born.
However, health is a physical and emotional journey. And while most fitness centres focus on the physical, we tend to neglect the other aspects. With The Camp, we wanted to create a more holistic approach to fitness. We offer physiotherapy sessions, have a nutritionist on board and believe in creating a space where people can de-stress. It is a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Our leadership hold over 18 years of experience in the field of fitness. They believe in the practice of fitness. It isn’t just a goal, but a long-term commitment you make to yourself and your body. Physical fitness often feels like the most important aspect of health, but it’s much more than that. The Camp works to create a healthy environment in all aspects - from the services we offer, our approach in training and even the ambience we have created.
At The Camp, we believe that fitness requires a holistic approach. It is not a goal, it is a lifestyle. This lifestyle is what we wish to encourage amongst the people of India, across all age groups. We want to see a mentally, emotionally and physically fitter future and hope to be a drop in this ocean of change.
